Taylor's 20 Year Old Tawny Port, 75 CL
Short Description
Taylors 20yr Old Tawny Port 750ML, 20% 92 points Robert Parker: It is my opinion that Taylor's tawny ports are the best of their type. When tasted against other tawnys, they all exhibit more aromatic personalities, greater fruit and ripeness, and a wonderful sweetness and length. Although I find the Thirty Year Old Tawny admirable, I prefer the richer, more vibrant Twenty Year Old Tawny. According the Wine Spectator: A fruity old tawny, with plum and almond character and hints of honey and caramel. Medium-bodied, medium finish. A magnificent and finely-balanced tawny of outstanding richness and complexity. The additional years of ageing produce a fine balance between the rich, raisiny fruit and the nutty, honeyed finish; a taste to linger over. Excellent with soft cheeses such as brie, and a superb dessert wine, particularly with dishes made with coffee or almonds. Taylor 20 Year Old Tawny is delicious served lightly chilled at the end of the meal.Long Description
