Short Description

Smithfield Bratwurst Yuengling LagerPork, Beer, less than 2% of the following: Salt, Dextrose, Flavorings, Corn Syrup Solids, Vinegar, Potassium Lactate, BHA, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid.Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: cook brats until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Brats should be browned and no longer pink inside. For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended. For even better results, serve with a glass of cold, refreshing Yuengling traditional lager. Grill: heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-low. Grill brats 15 to 20 minutes. Use tongs to turn frequently. Stovetop: cook brats in nonstick coated skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until well browned, turning frequently. Add 1/2 cup water to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Smithfield Yuengling Traditional Lager Bratwurst. New. BHA, propyl gallate, and citric acid added to help protect flavor.
