Short Description
Within each of Maffren's Small Calissons French Candy Bag, you'll find almond-shaped candies crafted with a mixture of crushed almonds and candied fruits.
Colossus are smaller versions of the Provencal specialty, Calissons, which are almond-shaped candies coated with smooth royal icing. They are made with a soft mixture of finely crushed almonds and candied fruits (melons, orange peels), honey, and orange blossom.
